When you place an order we collect the details you enter at checkout:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address (street, city, province, postal code)
• Your order details, chosen payment method and any order notes

We do not collect or store card or bank login details. Payments are made by bank transfer, and the payment screenshot you send us on WhatsApp is used only to verify your order.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.

• To process, confirm and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order, delivery or payment, including by phone or WhatsApp
• To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes
• To improve the website, only where you have accepted analytics cookies

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We share only what is needed to run the store:

• Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order
• Our hosting and database providers (Netlify and Supabase), which store data on our behalf
• Analytics providers, only if you accept analytics cookies
• Authorities, where required by the laws of Pakistan

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

• Essential: your shopping cart (stored in your browser) and secure sign-in for store staff. These are needed for the site to work.
• Analytics (optional): loaded only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet legal and tax obligations. We then delete or anonymise them.

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to order data is restricted to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
